Astrology Readings (Birth Chart, Tarot, Forecasts, etc.)
All readings are non-refundable once the service has been delivered. Due to the time, preparation, and energetic investment involved, we do not offer refunds based on personal interpretation or dissatisfaction.

Cancellations & Rescheduling
Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged in full and are not eligible for a refund.

Digital Reports & Recorded Readings
All digital products, including written reports and recorded readings, are final sale and non-refundable.

Late Arrivals & No-Shows
Sessions will end at the scheduled time regardless of late arrival. No-shows will not be refunded or rescheduled.

Technical Issues
If a session is disrupted due to technical issues on our end, we will reschedule or provide a partial/full refund at our discretion.
